1ST WEDNESDAY STREET PARTY - CELEBRATE PLEASANTON! - 1st Wednesday Street Party
This month's featured band is FINDING STELLA. The music of Finding Stella delivers the classic rock and pop spirit of the 70's and 80's and throws in a newer, warmer rock quality that draws huge crowds. Find Finding Stella in the Beer and Wine Garden located at 530 Main Street in the Round Table Parking lot. Your must be 21 or older to enter and no dogs will be allowed in the standing-room-only garden area. Beer, including selections from Anheuser Busch, Trumer Pils and micro-brews from the Main Street Brewery will be on tap. Wines from Hidden Creek Wine, Retzlaff Winery and Fenestra Winery will also be available. Purchase drink tickets for $5 from the staff booth. Ticket sales end at 8:30pm and alcohol stops flowing at 8:45pm.
Featured Beers & Wines: Anheuser-Busch, Trumer Pilsner, Main Street Brewery, Fenestra Winery, Hidden Creek Wines, Retzlaff Winery.
Make sure to visit the north end of Main Street. There, you will find a one-of-a-kind Ford Mustang and classic car show, live music by Rooster’s Teeth and a ton of seating… all on Main Street! Get your food and drinks from Oasis, Saigon, Emilio’s, Main Street Brewery, or the Farmer Restaurant.
Additional live music can be found on Angela Street and the south end of Main Street in front of the Veteran’s building.
This will be your last chance to stroll down the middle of Main Street for awhile. Be sure to take some time to visit the many unique shops, businesses and restaurants that line the streets of our historic downtown!
Main Street will be closed from Del Valle Parkway to Bernal Avenue from 4:30pm – 10:00pm. Peters Avenue and Ray Street will be closed to through traffic. Parking for the patrons of businesses on these streets will be allowed. There will be plenty of off-Main Street parking available.
