TRUFFLES, TIDBITS & WINE TASTING - Wine Stroll

“Truffles, Tidbits and Wine Tasting” will be held on Thursday, February 4, 2010 from 6 to 9 p.m. at participating downtown Pleasanton businesses.

Wine strollers will receive a commemorative wine glass, map, and of course, enjoy “Truffles, Tidbits and Wine Tasting.”

This year's event will kick off at Chase Bank. Tickets must be redeemed by 7:30 p.m. If there are any tickets available the day of the event, they will be sold at Chase beginning at 5:45 p.m.

Wineries of the Livermore Valley Winegrowers Association will be pouring red and white wines, ports, dessert wines and champagnes. Each participating business will feature sweet treats and/or hors d’oeuvres to pair with the selections being poured.

Only eight hundred (800) tickets will be offered for this event and will be available for advance purchase beginning Monday, January 4, 2009 for $25.00 at the following locations:

Clover Creek (670 Main Street)

Studio 7 Fine Arts (400 Main Street)

Towne Center Books (555 Main Street)

Pleasanton Downtown Association (830 Main Street, Suite A - behind the Cheese Factory building).

This event has been a sell-out every year, so don’t wait until the last minute to purchase your tickets. Remember, if there are any remaining tickets available, they will be sold the evening of the event for $30.00 beginning at 5:45 p.m. at Chase Bank. All tickets must be purchased or redeemed for glasses by 7:30 p.m.
