Cook the Book: Cooking from Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill Cookbook. You know him from his Food Network appearances, but Bobby Flay is a serious restaurateur and a die-hard fan of contemporary Southwestern cuisine. We'll discuss Flay's approach to smoky, earthy, spicy flavors and prepare some of his house specialties, including queso fundido, coffee-rubbed steak with ancho-mushroom sauce and spicy coconut tapioca with fresh fruit.
