Please allow 48 hours for orders to be processed. Orders placed after Friday noon through Sunday and on Holidays, including the week between Christmas and New Years, will not be processed until the following business day. All orders are shipped standard United States Postal Service.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL GIFT CARDS ORDERED ONLINE AFTER 12 NOON (PST) ON THURSDAY, DECEMBER 21, 2017 WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL TUESDAY, JANUARY 2, 2018.
State legislation restricts our ability to sell/distribute cards in the state of New York, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, New Jersey and Vermont.
The Downtown Pleasanton Gift Card may be used to make purchases at participating Downtown Pleasanton businesses. Unless prohibited by law, a $3.00 fee will be deducted monthly from Card balance starting 1st day after 1 year of inactivity. Activity means any action resulting in a change in Card balance, other than fee imposition, or adjustment due to error or prior reversal. $5.00 fee to replace lost, stolen or damaged card, except as prohibited by law. Not redeemable for cash or credit, except as stated in Card Agreement. Additional terms are stated in Card Agreement.
