Three Spooktacular Halloween Events In Downtown Pleasanton

A ghoulish good time is in store for all who come to historic Downtown Pleasanton where the streets come alive with three spooktacular events.
Halloween Brew Crawl - Downtown merchants and local breweries will come together for a night of adult trick-or-treating during the fifth annual Halloween Brew Crawl on Saturday, October 24 from 5 -8 p.m.   Participants will sample over 40 beers and tasty bites at 32 locations on and around Main Street.  To add to the festive Halloween spirit of this event, guests are encouraged to wear costumes.  Tickets are on sale now online and at Redcoats Pub – 336 St. Mary Street and Studio Seven Arts – 400 Main Street.   A list of participating breweries and ticketing details can be found at  PleasantonDowntown.net.  This event is proudly sponsored by Goodguys Rod & Custom Association, The Alameda County Fairgrounds, Tri-Valley Beer Trail, The Pleasanton Weekly, Intero Chiropractic and LocalGruv.
Halloween Scavenger Hunt - The free annual Halloween Scavenger Hunt will take place on Saturday, October 31 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.  Children 10 years old and younger invited to dress in costume for a hunt around downtown.  The fun starts at the Museum on Main, located at 603 Main Street, where children will be greeted by some favorite Disney characters from Storybook Smiles.  Pick up instructions, a Halloween bag and first clue to the treats.  Children have to solve the clue in order to find the treats at each participating location.  More than 20 downtown businesses are participating.  Parents will be given the answers to all of the clues to help children find the treat locations. 
Ghost Walk - Meet the ghosts of Pleasanton's past during the Museum on Main’s popular Ghost Walk.  This 90 minute family-friendly guided tour will take you to some of Pleasanton’s most haunted sites along Main Street.  Tours depart the museum every 30 minutes between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. on October 16, 17, 23 and 24.  Costumes are encouraged!  Ticketing information and further details can be found at museumonmain.org.
