In a semi private studio, we address all aspects of general fitness in as little as 1 or 2 twenty minute workouts per week. Client results include improved muscle tone, strength, endurance and energy. Increased metabolism for effective fat loss along with cardiovascular fitness. Best of all we offer a drug FREE option to increase bone density. And it gets better...exercise in the clothes you are wearing for the day!
We are open 7am to 7pm Monday – Friday. Saturday 8am to Noon. Closed Sunday and Holidays.
