BOARD ELECTION NOMINATION FORM

It’s election time! The Pleasanton Downtown Association (PDA) is looking for dedicated board members to help forward the mission and vision of our dynamic organization and vibrant downtown. If this describes you, please consider submitting a nomination form. If you have questions and would like to learn more about what Board of Directors involvement entails, please email Laura at laura@pleasantondowntown.net


The PDA will have up to thirteen voting members on its Board of Directors in 2024. Board members serve a three-year term, with no more than three members of any business classification serving on the board at any given time.  Nominations may be submitted by a general (voting) member to the nominating committee in writing c/o the PDA office, 333 Division Street, Pleasanton, CA 94566, or email to laura@pleasantondowntown.net. Candidate nominations must be received by 5:00 p.m., Friday, September 29th. Self-nominations are permitted. To be eligible for election, each nominee must be considered a member in good standing of the PDA and have no outstanding dues or debts owed to the organization.
