I became a Certified Massage Therapist in 2004 graduating summa cum laude. I've attended workshops and seminars with well renowned therapists and doctors obtaining Certificates in various medical and therapeutic techniques. The massage techniques that are used relieve stress, swelling, reduce muscle tension, promote flexibility, and help prevent injury from getting in the way of performance.
