Redwood Creative Therapy provides psychotherapy and music therapy services for children, teens, adults, couples, and families. Redwood Creative Therapy specializes in helping families navigate grief and loss, chronic or terminal illnesses, and neurodivergent diagnoses (i.e. Autism, ADHD, etc.).

I became a Certified Massage Therapist in 2004 graduating summa cum laude. I've attended workshops and seminars with well renowned therapists and doctors obtaining Certificates in various medical and therapeutic techniques. The massage techniques that are used relieve stress, swelling, reduce muscle tension, promote flexibility, and help prevent injury from getting in the way of performance.
