IMPORTANT UPDATE – PLEASE READ
Due to our Gift Card Program provider (EML) discontinuing their services, the Pleasanton Downtown Association (PDA) Gift Cards will no longer be available for purchase, effective May 24, 2024. However, you can still redeem your Gift Card at the below participating merchants. All cards purchased before May 23, 2024, will still be honored at participating locations, or cardholders may contact the Customer Service number on the back of the card, 1.800.803.7176, to request a check via mail. If you have any questions, please email the PDA at crystal@pleasantondowntown.net
The PDA is thrilled to partner with the City of Pleasanton to support its Gift Pleasanton gift card program! A significant number of Downtown businesses are already active participants in this program and more will be joining in the coming weeks. This is a convenient and easy way to share the gift of Downtown with the people in your lives!

GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Downtown Pleasanton Gift Card may be used to make purchases at participating Downtown Pleasanton businesses. Unless prohibited by law, a $3.00 fee will be deducted monthly from the Card balance starting 1st day after one year of inactivity. Activity means any action resulting in a change in Card balance other than fee imposition or adjustment due to error or prior reversal. State legislation restricts our ability to sell/distribute cards in New York, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, New Jersey, and Vermont.
