Please allow 48 hours for orders to be processed. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday and on Holidays, including the week between Christmas and New Years, will not be processed until the following business day. All orders are shipped standard United States Postal Service. PDA is not responsible for delays in the Postal Service.

The Downtown Pleasanton Gift Card may be used to make purchases at participating Downtown Pleasanton businesses. Unless prohibited by law, a $5.00 fee will be deducted monthly from Card balance starting 1st day after 1 year of inactivity. Activity means any action resulting in a change in Card balance, other than fee imposition, or adjustment due to error or prior reversal.
